Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. HR Generalist & Recruiter who can join our team immediately. An ideal candidate must have knowledge and working experience in UAE in all functions of Human Resource such as Recruitment & Selection, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, performance management, payroll management. Preparing company policies and procedures and has an in-depth knowledge of UAE Labour law Requirements

- Must have minimum 6 years of relevant experience as Sr. HR in UAE.
- Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
- Knowledge of employment legislation.

- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Must have experience in recruiting key positions such as Sales, Managers, Marketing Team, Operations Manager, etc.
