Tech Support Executive
Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Tech Support Executive to assist clients and internal teams, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth technical operations.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Maintain system and application documentation.
Assist in setting up IT infrastructure.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT teams.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in technical support or IT operations.
Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, networks, and troubleshooting.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
