Our platform turns traditionally illiquid properties into fractional, tradeable tokens--unlocking liquidity, lowering barriers to entry, and enabling seamless cross-border investment. Backed by robust legal structures and blockchain technology, we're building a new era of transparent, efficient, and inclusive real estate ownership. We are seeking a Tech Lead -Tokenization & Technology Management to spearhead our technology initiatives and drive the development of our core tokenization infrastructure.

This pivotal role involves leading end-to-end technology development across multiple projects--from token economies to digital wallet systems, from blockchain integrations to data-driven engagement solutions. You'll be instrumental in building the technical foundation for our tokenization business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Tokenization & Revenue Tech Strategy:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of token-based ecosystems to power engagement, loyalty, and value exchange across digital platforms. Define and evolve tokenomics models aligned with business goals and user behavior.

Full Technology Ownership:

Manage the architecture, roadmap, and execution of all tech projects (including tokenization platforms, wallets, blockchain integrations, analytics, and APIs). Oversee end-to-end technical delivery, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Digital Wallet & Payment System Development:

Build and maintain secure, user-friendly wallet infrastructure for token transactions, reward systems, and value exchange mechanisms.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Collaborate with product, design, business development, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of tokenization technology into user experiences. Translate business requirements into tech specifications and development priorities.

Partnerships & Blockchain Integration:

Work with blockchain protocol vendors, fintech platforms, and third-party tech providers to deliver robust and compliant tokenization infrastructure. Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain stacks for different project needs.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all digital asset-related initiatives comply with ADGM, VARA, and other UAE regulatory frameworks, including KYC, AML, and data governance policies.

Innovation & Future-Proofing:

Continuously scout, evaluate, and test new technologies (Web3, DeFi, NFTs, AI, real-time data) to build cutting-edge tokenization solutions. Lead innovation pilots and proofs of concept for new token-driven business models.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. 5-8 years of hands-on experience in blockchain, tokenization, fintech, or digital platforms, with at least 2 years in a startup or fast-paced innovation environment. Proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary technology teams and manage complex projects from ideation to launch. Experience in digital wallet development, payment infrastructure, and blockchain integrations. Deep understanding of Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, or equivalent smart contract protocols.
