Job Title: Tech Lead - Mobile App Development

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and visionary Tech Lead to lead our mobile app development team. You will drive the technical direction, architecture, and quality of our Android and iOS apps, ensuring world-class user experiences and scalable, maintainable codebases. As a Tech Lead, you'll balance leadership and mentorship with deep technical expertise, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams.



Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers across iOS and Android platforms. Own the technical architecture and development standards for mobile applications. Guide the team in adopting best practices in performance, security, and maintainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into technical solutions. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous delivery processes. Evaluate and integrate emerging mobile technologies where relevant. Ensure high-quality releases by establishing robust testing and deployment pipelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

5+ years of professional mobile development experience (React Native). 2+ years in technical leadership or team lead role. Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.), and APIs. Strong experience with CI/CD, version control, and testing frameworks.

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Proven ability to lead by example and inspire engineering excellence. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Prior experience launching apps at scale with significant user bases. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Firebase, AWS, Azure). UI/UX sensibility and collaboration experience with designers.
