Job Summary:

We are looking for a Lead Mobile App Developer to take full ownership of the architecture, build, and delivery of our cross-platform mobile application. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver a high-performance app that meets the needs of users across the UAE's sporting ecosystem.

You'll be responsible for the entire mobile pipeline - from choosing the framework to maintaining performance and ensuring consistent delivery. As we scale, this role will grow into leading a dedicated mobile team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture and development of our mobile app using React Native Build scalable and maintainable component libraries and code structures Integrate APIs securely and ensure smooth communication with backend services Collaborate with the design team to deliver visually consistent and responsive UI Optimise app performance, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility Manage deployment, updates, and maintenance for iOS and Android Ensure version control, documentation, and clean coding standards Work closely with QA and product teams to ensure a smooth development cycle Mentor future mobile developers and help shape the team's growth

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience in mobile app development Proficient in React.js, React Native, and Node.js Experience in both iOS and Android development Strong ability to manage component libraries and front-end code architecture Understanding of mobile performance optimisation and cross-platform compatibility Familiarity with secure API integration and token-based authentication Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude Strong collaboration and communication skills Someone who can start sooner rather than later is advantageous

Location:

Full-time, based in our Dubai Motor City office - no remote/hybrid

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
