Job Description
Overview: Drive end-to-end digitization and automation of FX and Money Market execution processes, partnering with vendors and internal teams to deliver robust, integrated trading solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Domain Expertise & Solution Delivery:
- Lead digitization and automation of execution processes for FX products and Money Market instruments (term deposits, structured deposits)
- Deliver solutions for price discovery, sales/trader and branch workflows, market data integration, and spread rules
- Enable straight-through processing (STP) with treasury and core banking systems (Murex, FCUBS)
- Implement settlement instructions, lifecycle management, and contract notes
- Drive RFP process: consolidate technical requirements, participate in vendor evaluations
- Provide technical scoring and solution fit assessments
- Manage vendor selection and ongoing relationships
- Provide hands-on technical guidance to internal and vendor teams
- Ensure alignment on application, integration, architecture, cloud, and security requirements
- Lead technical discussions and workshops to resolve complex design and integration challenges
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and release plans
- Strong FX and Money Markets domain knowledge
- Technical project management experience
- Experience with trading systems integration (Murex, FCUBS preferred)
