Responsibilities:

8- 10 Years of Experience in large scale end to end complex project delivery.

The incumbent should be able to estimate, define workstreams, staffing profile, work plans and able to execute and monitor deliveries to success

Proven experience of managing multi-site project involving diverse technology stack

Experience in vendor management

Experience in setting up tools to manage deliveries and proven ability to act upon any deviations to plan.

Ability to manage risk and dependencies for a complex multi parties project delivery

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to build effective teams and foster a team-oriented and inclusive environment and proven ability to build strong client relationships.

Provides SME level functional and configuration knowledge in designing SAP solutions in the MM, WM, MRP, Logistics execution, and EWM modules with S4 Hana experience.

Good knowledge of different procurement processes like direct, indirect, third party, sub-contracting, stock transport orders, stock transfers, account assigned POs, asset procurement, consignment, etc.

Must have good hands-on experience in Picking and packing, handling units, stock replenishment, fixed bin replenishment, picking strategies, Put-away strategies, Inventory processes, storage unit management, Cross-docking and Yard management, Batch Management, Stock transfer, Return to Vendor process and scrapping, etc.

Participate in release upgrade or new functionality/enhancement assessments and make recommendation

Education:

The following qualifications are required / preferable and beneficial for the candidate to perform the role:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent in relevant subject areas such as Information Technology

Minimum of 8 -10 years consulting experience in SAP Consultant.

Expertise as functional consultant.

Experience in multiple modules of SAP, MM, WM, MRP, WWM S4 Hana

Experience in implementation and Delivery

Good financial acumen and financial analysis and diagnosis skills

Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill
