We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our real estate agency as the Real Estate Tech Coordinator. This role involves managing our technical infrastructure and supporting our team in their day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical know-how and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Join us as our Real Estate Tech Coordinator and play an essential role in the seamless operation of our agency.

What do we expect you to do?

CRM System Management: Oversee the setup, maintenance, and smooth running of our CRM system, ensuring its optimal performance for our team\xe2\x80\x99s needs.
IT Support: Provide timely assistance for common software issues faced by the team, ranging from application access challenges to system malfunctions. This includes support for platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, our CRM system, and more.
Broker Equipment Setup: Facilitate the setup and distribution of telecommunication devices (e.g., iPhones) provided to our brokers from the company fund.
Website & Telegram Board Oversight: Ensure our website is functional and up-to-date, and manage our Telegram board for efficient communication within the team.
