to maintain attractive and hygienic buffet & dining area presentation
to anticipate production levels to provide fresh food and maintain sufficient product quantities
to supervise cafeteria attendants
to monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage
to assist in weekly & monthly inventories
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience as a Chef
able to cook food in batch
knowledge of western, arabic and indian hot food preparation; appetizers, mezze, salads
able to handle pressure at work and capability to multi-task
excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
