to produce a consistent, high quality product for Team Members Cafeteria Buffet- to maintain attractive and hygienic buffet & dining area presentation
- to anticipate production levels to provide fresh food and maintain sufficient product quantities
- to supervise cafeteria attendants
- to monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage
- to assist in weekly & monthly inventories
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience as a Chef- able to cook food in batch
- knowledge of western, arabic and indian hot food preparation; appetizers, mezze, salads
- able to handle pressure at work and capability to multi-task
- excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
