Job Brief
One of our esteemed clients is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented team lead specializing in secondary sales within the real estate industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales efforts, primarily focused on properties suitable for expats. This role requires a candidate with a proven track record of successful property transactions and a deep understanding of the real estate market in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Management
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary
resources and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Sales Strategy and Planning
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target expat clients.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek new clients in the target
demographic.
Leverage the existing client base and network to expand the customer portfolio.
Property Listing Management
Source, qualify, and maintain a portfolio of 10\xe2\x80\x9320 high-quality property listings suitable for expat clients.
Collaborate with property owners, developers, and builders to secure listings.
Negotiation and Sales Closures
Handle negotiations on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
Facilitate the sales process from initial inquiry to final transaction, providing exceptional customer service
throughout.
Market Insights and Reporting
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales
strategies and decisions.
Generate regular reports on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate sales with a focus on secondary sales
Demonstrated success in selling properties to expats.
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
An existing network within the target demographic is a plus.
