Job Brief

One of our esteemed clients is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented team lead specializing in secondary sales within the real estate industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales efforts, primarily focused on properties suitable for expats. This role requires a candidate with a proven track record of successful property transactions and a deep understanding of the real estate market in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Management
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary
resources and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Sales Strategy and Planning
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target expat clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek new clients in the target
demographic.
  • Leverage the existing client base and network to expand the customer portfolio.
Property Listing Management
  • Source, qualify, and maintain a portfolio of 10\xe2\x80\x9320 high-quality property listings suitable for expat clients.
  • Collaborate with property owners, developers, and builders to secure listings.
Negotiation and Sales Closures
  • Handle negotiations on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Facilitate the sales process from initial inquiry to final transaction, providing exceptional customer service
throughout.

Market Insights and Reporting
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales
strategies and decisions.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in real estate sales with a focus on secondary sales
  • Demonstrated success in selling properties to expats.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
  • An existing network within the target demographic is a plus.
