About the Role:
To organize and control assigned work by scheduling maintenance for the service and repairs of all vehicles and supervising and assisting mechanics and technicians operating on shift. To make a plan and implement training of workshop staff adopting a mentor approach to ensure that assigned staff has the required level of skills to effectively maintain the fleet.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
xc2xb7 Diploma in mechanical engineering in a recognized institution.
xc2xb7 Must have at least 7yrs experience in mechanical and Technical work and have experience to handle staffs in workshop and understand the needs of Fleet requirements.
xc2xb7 Must have valid UAE driving license . Computer literate . Written / Spoken English
xc2xb7 Must have competencies such as; Systems and people oriented, Communication skills, Self-motivated, Takes initiative and analytical, Satisfactory Aptitude, Interest in planning & High tolerance/handle work pressures.
