Job Description
We are looking for an experienced team manager for one of the biggest banks in UAE to work under SME Business Banking. Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 25 Relationship Officers. Drive and instill the right sales behavior in the Relationship Officers to acquire new to bank (NTB) business through quality accounts and funds. Acquire new to bank (NTB) business banking customers for Liabilities, CASA, FD, and cross-sell (i.e. Bankassurance and investments). Meet all budgeted targets for revenue & deposit growth, customer acquisition, and cross-sales. Ensure compliance awareness. Manage a team effectively. Possess sales experience in the SME sector within the UAE market (mandatory). #J-18808-Ljbffr
