Job Description

Experience:

Retail experience required
+3 years of experience in management within luxury/fashion business

Competencies:

Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating high-performing teams.
Ability to craft exceptional client experiences and build enduring relationships through advanced clienteling techniques.
Strong analytical abilities to assess KPIs, drive strategic decisions, and identify growth opportunities.
Excellence in communicating effectively with team members, clients, and leadership, ensuring clear information sharing and collaboration.
Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of CELINE's products, heritage, and brand identity.
Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building lasting relationships.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability and flexibility to meet the demands of a dynamic retail environment.

Languages:
English, proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage.
