Test Lead-
6+ years of experience in testing with at least 1 year experience as a Test Lead, Over 5 + years of testing experience in Banking domain.

Experience of working on core banking system Flexcube FCC/FCUBS is must.
Working experience in Oracle Banking Products \xe2\x80\x93 OBPM/OBVAM/OBLM/OBTF/OBP/OBDX either as part of their latest releases or previous versions.
To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client and team.
To derive Test scenarios/Test cases from Business Requirements.
To submit daily status reports on progress in Design and Execution phases.
To create work plans| monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
Work experience in Defect management Tool and managing Defect Triage meetings.
Possesses excellent problem-solving skills, & strong attention to detail
Quality oriented & highly committed.
Very good communication (Oral and written) skills & stake holder management.
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50%-70%
