Sales Manager
with proven expertise in Dubai's off-plan real estate market. If you're an experienced closer with a passion for property and team leadership, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of property consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, especially for
off-plan properties
.
Maintain strong relationships with developers and clients to maximize business opportunities.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing training and support where needed.
Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience
in Dubai real estate, specifically in
off-plan sales
.
Strong understanding of the UAE property market and developer portfolios.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Proven leadership abilities and a proactive sales approach.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
