About the Company



Rovex Real Estate LLC is a Dubai-based property advisory and brokerage firm. We work across residential and commercial real estate, offering services in property transactions, investment guidance, portfolio support, and developer relations. Our focus is on building a structured, process-driven, and technology-enabled real estate operation.

Position Overview



We are looking for an experienced professional to support the development and management of our brokerage operations. The role involves overseeing sales and marketing functions, team leadership, CRM system implementation, and maintaining relationships with major developers in the UAE.

This position requires someone who is organized, knowledgeable about the Dubai property market, and experienced in managing real estate teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Business Setup



Assist in establishing operational processes, policies, and workflow systems. Contribute to creating guidelines for recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. Support the development of various departments including Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Administration.

Team Leadership



Manage sales and marketing teams to ensure daily operations run smoothly. Set performance goals and monitor progress through reporting tools. Provide coaching and support to team members to enhance their productivity.

Sales & Property Transactions



Oversee sales cycles across off-plan, secondary, rental, and commercial properties. Monitor lead quality, pipeline progress, and client engagement. Work with the team to meet targets within the company's business plan.

Developer Relations



Maintain relationships with key developers in Dubai. Coordinate access to project information, pricing, and inventory. Represent the company during project launches, meetings, and industry events.

Marketing & Brand Support



Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotional content. Assist in planning digital marketing activities for lead generation. Ensure that marketing efforts align with sales objectives.

CRM & Technology



Implement and manage CRM systems used for lead tracking and reporting. Ensure accurate data entry and adoption of CRM processes across teams. Work with management to improve automation and reporting accuracy.

Compliance & Market Awareness



Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and company policies. Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, pricing shifts, and competitive activity.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. 6-10 years of experience in real estate brokerage within the UAE. Experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales processes. Familiarity with Dubai developers and project portfolios. RERA certification is preferred or can be obtained after joining.
