The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a team in a telecom environment and possess a strong technical knowledge of the industry. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of telecommunication professionals - Plan and oversee daily operations of the team - Ensure that technical issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner - Develop and maintain relationships with clients - Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the team - Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in Telecommunications or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecommunication industry - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Strong technical knowledge of telecom systems and equipment - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively - Familiarity with local regulations and laws governing the telecom industry in Dubai We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within our organization.
