Valid UAE Driving License
Knowledge in Arabic Language will be an added advantage Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED4,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales and leasing professionals.
- Set performance goals and targets for the team.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss strategies, share updates, and address challenges.
- Oversee the sales and leasing processes from lead generation to closure.
- Monitor and analyze sales and leasing metrics to ensure team performance aligns with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales and leasing strategies.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their sales and leasing skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices and share knowledge with the team.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to align strategies and achieve overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
Valid UAE Driving License
