We are looking for Team Leader - Technician
Location: UAE
What You'll Do:
-Conduct routine inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance for all rides and arcade machines.
-Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
-Maintain service logs, maintenance records, and compliance documentation.
-Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machines or attractions.
-Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments of rides and arcade areas.
-Ensure all safety signage, emergency systems, and PPE protocols are maintained and followed.
-Lead and supervise a team of technicians, providing task assignments, technical guidance, and performance feedback.
-Develop team schedules and ensure proper manpower allocation for daily operations and emergencies.
-Support training and skill development of junior team members.
-Ensure adherence to company procedures, technical standards, and safety protocols.
-Coordinate with Local / International equipment manufacturers, vendors, and third-party contractors for technical support, spare parts procurement, and warranty services.
-Monitor vendor performance and quality of services and materials.
-Evaluate technical quotes, maintenance contracts, and supplier agreements
-Implement and enforce safety procedures in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
-Report and document incidents, near misses, and equipment failures with root cause analysis and follow-up actions.
Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills (mechanical and electronic).
• Effective team leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with internal departments and external service providers.
• Familiarity with ride safety standards
