Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Supervisors and Technicians to ensure efficient project execution. Conduct progress meetings with consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Manage resources effectively to ensure the timely completion of projects.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
5 - 7 years experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Design & Site Execution in the UAE
Hands-on experience in AutoCAD, Revit, HAP (Hourly Analysis Program), and MS Excel or relevant Software packages.
Strong ability to lead a team and coordinate
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
