Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Handle client inquiries and close successful transactions.
Monitor team performance and implement improvement strategies.
Stay updated on real estate projects, pricing, and market trends.
Collaborate with marketing and admin teams for smooth operations.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service quality.
Oversee daily sales activities and departmental performance.
Organize broker tours and developer presentations.
Recruit, mentor, and evaluate team members.
Conduct effective negotiations and maintain CRM reports accurately.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of proven sales experience
in the UAE real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of the
Dubai/UAE property market
, laws, and regulations.
Proven record of
team leadership
and successful deal closures in the real estate sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Valid UAE driving license and
RERA certification
(preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Must have experience
specifically in real estate
