Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and inspire a sales team to achieve monthly & quarterly targets
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and motivation
Develop and execute effective sales strategies
Support the team in closing deals and handle client escalations
Track KPIs and prepare detailed sales performance reports
Maintain a positive, high-performance work culture
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Sales Team Leader or Senior Sales Executive
in
immigration services
Strong leadership, training, and people-management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Target-driven with a strong record of achieving sales goals
Ability to motivate and guide a team toward success
Candidates without immigration experience should not apply
