Sales Team Leader
to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, leadership skills, and the ability to drive team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Monitor individual and team performance
Provide training, coaching, and support to sales staff
Maintain strong relationships with clients
Prepare sales reports and performance updates
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience in sales
(team leadership experience preferred)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in credit management or financial services is an advantage
