Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback
Develop sales strategies and ensure their effective implementation
Handle escalations and support the team in closing deals
Prepare sales reports and track KPIs
Maintain a positive, result-oriented team environment
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or Senior Sales Executive
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales goals
Ability to train, motivate, and guide a team
