Identifying and onboarding SME clients requiring financing solutions.
Leveraging an extensive supplier network and existing sales force to generate leads.
Managing and eventually leading a team of Relationship Managers.
Collaborating with independent consultants and external partners to optimize deal flow.
Driving business development through strategic partnerships and networking within the banking and fintech sectors.

5-6 years of experience in business banking, SME finance, or fintech sales within the UAE.
A proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving high sales targets.
An existing book of SME clients that can be brought to the business.
