Positions Available:

Team Leader

Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leader

Lead and manage a team of sales professionals Generate new business for banking products (personal loans, credit cards) Ensure team performance and achieve sales targets Conduct daily training and motivate team members Prepare performance reports and coordinate with sales management

Relationship Manager

Promote and sell banking products to customers (loans, credit cards) Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Meet individual sales targets and KPIs Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support Maintain accurate documentation and compliance

Requirements:

Team Leader

Currently working as a Sales Executive or Relationship Officer

Team Leaders with their own team are preferred

UAE Driving License is mandatory

Must have experience in handling a sales team or ready for leadership Background in DSA or banking sales is a plus

Relationship Manager

Minimum

1 year of retail banking experience in the UAE

Strong knowledge of

personal loans and credit card sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be target-driven and customer-focused Should be currently residing in the UAE
