Team Leader Quantity Surveying
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
Supervise and provide expert advice on all quantity surveying and cost control aspects of construction projects.
Lead a team of professionals and coordinate their activities to ensure the highest standards of performance.
Ensure compliance with the consultancy contract requirements and all relevant regulations.
Prepare, review, and approve project estimates, measurements, and valuation reports.
Liaise closely with the Employer and be available for all necessary consultations in Dubai.
Experience in FIDIC conditions of contract and international methods of measurement.
Desired candidate Profile :
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field from a recognized university.
Professional qualification such as MRICS (or equivalent), subject to Employer's approval.
At least 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in value engineering and cost control for large-scale construction projects of similar nature and magnitude.
Advanced knowledge of measurement techniques and cost management tools
