The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of residential properties Provide expert guidance to clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities Conduct property valuations, inspections, and appraisals. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, buyers, and sellers Negotiate and facilitate property transactions from start to finish. Keep up to date with local market conditions and real estate laws.

Manage the 10 people Team

Submit the full report to management about Team Performance

Contribute to the team's success by achieving personal and company sales targets.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 year of experience in a property consulting role, with a strong track record in sales and customer service. and 1 Year as Team Leader High School Certificate required Knowledge of local property markets and trends. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Strong sales and business development capabilities. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
