Team Leader - PPF & Polish
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our growing team at D Luxe Car Care, a premium car care center in the UAE.
If you have hands-on experience in Paint Protection Film (PPF), Polishing, and Car Detailing, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the PPF & Polish team to ensure excellent results.
Perform quality checks before vehicle delivery.
Train and guide staff on materials, tools, and techniques.
Monitor workflow, team attendance, and productivity.
Communicate effectively with management and the reception team.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in PPF / Polish / Car Detailing.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Attention to detail and quality-driven mindset.
English or Arabic communication skills preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
