We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Car Care Team Leader

to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead and supervise the car care team, ensuring excellent quality of work, smooth workflow, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the car care team in daily operations. Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely and high-quality service. Train and guide team members on car detailing, polishing, PPF, ceramic coating, and related services. Inspect completed jobs to maintain company quality standards. Ensure tools, materials, and workspace are well maintained. Report performance and operational updates to management. Handle customer concerns professionally when required.

Requirements:

Proven experience in automotive car care (detailing, polishing, ceramic coating, PPF, etc.). Previous experience in a

supervisory or team leader role

preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
