Job Description
Education and Professional Qualifications Min Graduate 8-10 years' experience as team leader UAE experience in banking sector is preferred. To be able to manage outbound sales team of min 20 to start of Shall be able to manage remote / off shore teams Main Responsibilities Setting goals Assisting Managers in sales strategy development Set Sales Targets and Motivate Sales Team Evaluating sales team performance Assigning tasks Delivered strong sales results Recruit, Train, and Coach the Sales Team Prepare Sales Reports Manage escalated customer calls (complaints) with end-to-end resolution.
