Team Leader the role holder is responsible to adhere with the cGMP principles and maintain them in effective manner. Responsible for monitoring and implementation of cGMP, cGDP, and the compliance of SOPs in the production, packaging, weighing, printing, and warehouse of all Julphar Plants during 1st/2nd/ and 3rd shift operations and supervising on sites QA Team performance.
Key responsibilities & Accountability:
Responsible to monitor the cGMP and Good Documentation Practice implementation in the production, packaging, weighing, printing and warehouse.
Responsible to perform audit checks for the Batch Manufacturing Record and Batch Packaging Record compliance.
Responsible to perform audit checks for the compliance of the documents in printing, packaging, manufacturing and weighing areas which include checking of log books, (equipment usage record, calibration records, training records, SOP reading records, cleaning records)
Responsible to perform audit checks for the issuing of Packaging materials and dispensing of Raw materials as per Material Dispensing Sheet & Material Issuing Voucher.
Responsible to raise deviation /investigation report in case of noncompliance observed during plant audit.
Responsible to perform audit checks for Implementation and compliance of SOP s on the plant.
Responsible to perform audit checks for the compliance of the Good Storage practice for Raw Materials and Packaging Materials in warehouse.
Responsible to perform audit checks for the status labeling of dispensing manufacturing and packaging during process stages.
Responsible to monitor the cGMP to avoid cross contamination.
Supervises QA Inspection Group on sites, organizing the shift timing schedule for the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift and overtime schedule on Holidays and weekends.
Maintain and promote a teamwork environment with effective and clear communication amongst colleague.
Qualifications:
- Education
4 years Bachelor in QMS/ any discipline in same filed.
- Experience:
At least 6-8 years of experience pharmaceutical industry sector with strong knowledge in Software testing basics.
Prior experience in handling similar role will ensure better fitment.

High on process compliance with strong attention to details.
High on communication and collaboration, having an ability to manage multiple stakeholders at a time
A team player with excellent in team building with strong aptitude and should be master of technical knowledge.
Must be able to manage tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.
Technical Competencies:
Excellent command in English (Communicating, writing and speaking).
Proficient in MS Microsoft office and computer knowledge.
