We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Dark Store Team Leader

to manage the day-to-day operations of our dark store facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing order fulfillment, inventory management, team coordination, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through timely and accurate deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations:

+ Oversee daily operations of the dark store including picking, packing, staging, and dispatching orders.
+ Ensure all operational processes are followed and optimized for efficiency.

Team Management:

+ Lead, train, and motivate a team of pickers, packers, and support staff.
+ Allocate tasks effectively and manage staff performance and schedules.
+ Conduct daily briefings and resolve team-related issues proactively.

Inventory Control:

+ Monitor stock levels, ensure accurate inventory records, and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
+ Conduct regular stock audits and ensure loss prevention measures are in place.

Order Fulfillment:

+ Ensure all orders are picked and packed accurately and dispatched on time.
+ Maintain high order accuracy and fulfillment rates.

Compliance Safety:

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dark store as per safety and hygiene standards.
+ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Reporting:

+ Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on store performance, stock levels, and team productivity.
+ Report incidents, discrepancies, and escalations to the Operations Manager.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience (2+ years) in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or dark store environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle high volumes of orders and work under pressure. Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic Excel reporting. Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards in a warehouse environment. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.


Experience in e-commerce, grocery, or quick-commerce operations is a plus.


Multilingual proficiency is an added advantage.


Prior experience at Noon Darkstore or similar quick-commerce operations is a strong advantage.
