Team Leader Landscape

Job Description
We are looking for a Team Leader Landscape to join our Design and Planning team and c ollaborates with own technical discipline or Service Line within the Region to secure additional projects needed to maintain own team members and personal utilisation. Roles and responsibilities include:
- Ensures company standards are implemented and adhered to across own Group. Uses discretion within set boundaries (operating procedures, processes, standards) to execute own tasks within a broader job area, and coordinates activities with others across disciplines to achieve defined deadlines / targets in the most effective and efficient way.
- Leads the development and submission of proposals for routine, low risk projects which at times may involve convincing internal and external stakeholders who have a desire to reach agreement. Develops the business by maintaining client relationships and ensuring client loyalty and repeat work through excellent customer service and delivery.
- Communicates and delegates assignments and sets internal deadlines for a project; monitors and reports on progress on assignments until deadline has been met; or communicates and delegates specific tasks to team members and monitors and reports on progress until completion.
