About The Role In this role you will be required to inspect, perform work and preventative maintenance in all aspects and general maintenance of facilities structures and equipment.
The role will require that all technical tasks assigned are carried out efficiently and are to highest professional standards.
You will be expected to demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to communicate well with other departments and lead effectively and efficiently in a team environment. You will execute work within established procedures, PPGs and SOPs Key. About You Our ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in a specific Facilities maintenance trade and attended a Trade School or upper education.
You will need to be able to work to complete assigned task with no supervision and train other Technicians.
Additionally, you be required to sustain assigned aspects of the property in adherence to typical facilities maintenance procedures, this to include but not limited to: Electrical, Mechanical, Kitchen, Painting, Carpentry, Audio and Visual systems, Fire life safety systems, recreational water systems, Hotel rooms and public areas, exterior resort features. etc.
