Key Responsibilities:
Managing Sales & Design team in co-ordination with Sales Operations
Outlining and managing Sales Budget
Monitoring market and competitor products and activities, thereby providing detailed sales forecasting
Reviewing customer activity, anticipating customer needs and improving customer satisfaction
Creating sales report and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings
Establishing and maintain key customer relationship
Recruiting and scouting talent to build a high-performance team.
Managing Sales and Designing 12-15 projects month on month basis through a team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Portfolio showcasing design projects or coursework.
Strong team handling experience.
Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and material selection.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
