Job Responsibilities

As a Team Leader (Immigration Sales), you will guide clients toward successful immigration outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Generate reports on sales performance and client feedback. Collaborate with other departments to improve service offerings. Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and policies. Actively engaging with potential clients, addressing their queries, and providing detailed information about our services. Conducting personalized consultations to understand clients' immigration goals and needs. Presenting and promoting our services effectively, showcasing the value we bring throughout their journey. Performing diligent follow-ups to ensure client requirements are met and additional concerns are addressed. Successfully closing sales deals and negotiating agreements that benefit both the client and the company.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of 3 year of experience in sales (mandatory). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Ability to adapt quickly to changing immigration regulations and clearly communicate updates to clients.
