Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under it's umbrella - SALT, Switch, Parker's, Grind, Somewhere, Public and SOIL.
We are currently seeking an Team Leader for our healthy concept located in Dubai and Abu Dabhi.
The key requirements will include the following:

Some of the key responsibilities for this role:
Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with guests, presenting menus, helping with recommendations and answering any questions they may have
- Handle any customer issues in a prompt and timely fashion
- Work as part of an amazing team, willing to support colleagues who require it and show flexibility when needed
- Remember to represent the brand in the highest manner
- Should have experience in Catering and Healthy Restaurant Concepts
- Able to Lead the team and delegation of tasks
