Objective:

To develop new business and improve operational efficiency of Cleaning and Irrigation section of The Company in conjunction with the objectives of the Company.

This position holder shall be responsible for managing the team efficiently to achieve targets and to improve the operational efficiency of the section.

Key Routine Task:
  • Plan and analyse tenders and quotations for the purpose of getting new business and contracts.
  • Dealing directly with the client by well presenting the company and the departmental functions in all the site visits while preparing for any new tender.
  • Oversee the implementation of Cleaning, Landscaping and Pest control contracts and provide advices and improvements when needed
  • Ensure customer satisfaction achieved through efficient and effective use of resources, processes, manpower and systems.
  • Identify and implement targeted cost savings through proper negotiation and monitoring supplier\xe2\x80\x99s performance and continuing searching for the best.
  • Track and take action to ensure compliance of machinery and materials with the pricing strategy.
  • Develop and manage operational performance of all activities, labours and supervisors.
  • Following and maintain process improvements to ensure that the plan is meeting or exceeding defined targets.
  • Monitor and reports on contracts, labours and supervisors level.
  • Manage selection, development, measurement, motivation, cooperation and termination of team staff.
  • Undertake other special assignments and related duties as and when required.
