We are looking to hire Self Motivated, Highly Ambitious, young and energetic Team Leader in a reputed Real Estate Company.Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Team Leader in Real Estate Sales Background. Responsibilities: Assist the Sales Team in leading, directing and motivating the team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.Responsible for operating and getting full information on new launch and existing developer projects. Developing business with new developers and get the agency registration done.Lead & supervise real estate sales team, perform administrative duties and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry.Offer advice and motivate their team to close sales. Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve and conducted sales meeting.Plan, design and conduct appropriate marketing and selling strategies for individual properties within budgetary limit. Ensure deal closure by guiding team to coordinate with the allied teams for necessary paperwork. All relevant documents to be verified, prior to processing a sale and ensuring the initial payments are collected within the stipulated time. Provides statistical and performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each team member.Creates and maintains a high-quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest level.Work with developers for a better understanding of them and to revise the marketing strategy accordingly.Lead and motivate the team to improve sales and after-sales service to clients.Required Skills:Valid UAE Driver's License/Own Vehicle is Required. Experience in UAE Real Estate is a must. Must have minimum 2 years of experience as Team Leader in Real Estate.Well-presented and a good work ethics.Excellent negotiation, motivation, and leadership skills.BenefitsAttractive Salary package.Other standard benefits as per UAE Law.
