We are currently seeking a Front Office Team Leader to join our vibrant team. At Radisson Hotel Group, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume - those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
As the Front Office Team Leader, you bring an unmatched level of dedication, a focus on delivering exceptional service, and a genuine passion for creating positive guest experiences to our dynamic Front Office Team.
Our Front Office Team Leader love the hustle and bustle of life! It's not just about check-in and check-out. It's about everything in-between
Supervise daily front desk operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Lead, motivate, and support the front office team.
Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests.
Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure adherence to hotel standards and service quality.
Coordinate with other departments for seamless guest experiences.
Monitor cash handling, billing, and reservations accuracy.
Salary Details:
Competitive Salary provided - AED 2,500
Language Allowance for Arabic Speakers - AED 350
Service Charge Average - AED 700
Accommodation provided at Al Khail Gate
