Fintrek Marketing is a dynamic and customer-focused financial institution committed to providing exceptional banking services. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Banking Retail Sales Team Leader.
Requirements:
Applicant must have 2-3 years of banking experience in UAE as a team leader role.
Ability to handle the team and achieve the monthly sales target.
You have demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals.
Proficiency in using banking software and customer relationship management tools.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and adherence to banking industry standards.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the retail banking sector.
