Team Leader - Credit Card & Personal Finance Sales
who will be responsible for
hiring, managing, and driving a minimum team of 10 sales executives
. The candidate must have strong leadership skills and proven experience in credit card and personal finance sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard, and manage a minimum team of 10 Credit Card & Personal Finance Sales Executives
Assign daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to the team
Drive sales of credit cards, personal loans, and other financial products
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of business targets
Train, coach, and motivate team members for consistent productivity
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to banking compliance
Prepare and submit daily MIS, performance reports, and sales analysis
Handle escalations and provide on-ground support to the team
Coordinate with bank/NBFC partners and management
Requirements:
Graduate preferred (10+2 minimum)
Minimum 2-6 years experience in Credit Card / Personal Finance Sales
Mandatory experience in team handling and recruitment
Ability to build and scale a sales team from scratch
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of banking processes, KYC, and documentation
