About the Role:

We are seeking an

experienced and dynamic Team Leader

to lead and mentor our real estate agents. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong leadership qualities, and a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market. You will be responsible for building a high-performing team, driving sales targets, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team sales goals. Recruit, train, and develop new agents to ensure consistent performance. Oversee daily operations, monitor market trends, and implement effective sales strategies. Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service standards. Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and sales coaching sessions. Manage property listings, marketing, and negotiations to close successful deals.

Requirements:

Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in UAE real estate (brokerage or sales leadership). Proven success in leading a sales team within the real estate sector. RERA certification (preferred or willing to obtain). Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Strong knowledge of Dubai property laws, developers, and current market trends. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
