Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Lead, train, and motivate the service team to maintain quality service standards.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and ensure adherence to company policies.
Manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
Coordinate between kitchen, floor, and service teams to deliver seamless operations.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the cafe.
Oversee inventory management and assist in stock control.
Prepare and submit shift reports to the Operations Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a shisha cafe, restaurant, or lounge environment, with at least 1 year in a senior or team leader role.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach.
Proven ability to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and evenings.
Basic understanding of inventory and cash handling procedures.
