Job Summary:

Karadan Lands Investments LLC is seeking an ambitious and results-driven

Team Leader

to manage and motivate a team of sales executives in achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the

insurance or banking sector

, with a proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and deliver consistent results in a competitive sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales executives to ensure individual and team targets are consistently achieved. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase company revenue and market share. Motivate and guide the team to enhance productivity and maintain high morale. Assist team members in identifying prospects, building client relationships, and closing deals. Monitor daily sales activities and provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance reports. Conduct training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Coordinate with management to align team goals with company objectives. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.

Requirements:

Experience:

Proven experience in

insurance, banking, or investment sales

, with at least

1 year in a team leadership role

.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Finance, Marketing

, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
