Team Leader

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage and guide our financial sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in financial products (credit cards, loans, investment plans), and the ability to drive performance through effective team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales representatives Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members Monitor daily sales activities and ensure compliance with company policies Generate reports and present team performance to management Build and maintain client relationships for key accounts
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in financial services Strong understanding of financial products (credit cards, loans, investments) Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills Target-driven and able to work under pressure Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
