We're Hiring: ARABIC Team Leader - Dlish Cafe
Position:
Full-time Team LeaderKey Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise waiters, cashiers, runners, and hosts Ensure smooth shift operations and maintain service standards Assist in training and onboarding new staff Handle basic customer concerns and escalate when needed Monitor floor activity and support team performance Report to the Restaurant Manager
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior floor role Strong communication and people management skills Ability to motivate and guide a team Experience in busy F&B environments Fluent in English and Arabic Must be currently in the UAE and ready to join soon
