Ayana Properties is seeking an experienced and proactive
Team Leader - Senior Sales Administrator
with a strong development background to lead our sales support team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining administrative processes, supporting the sales team, and ensuring the efficient execution of sales transactions, particularly within the real estate development sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales Administration team to ensure timely and accurate processing of all sales documentation.
Act as a bridge between the sales, marketing, and development teams to coordinate information flow and improve efficiency.
Manage end-to-end sales documentation processes including reservation forms, MOUs, SPAs, and payment schedules.
Maintain and update CRM systems to reflect current and accurate client and project information.
Liaise with developers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure all administrative requirements are fulfilled.
Oversee the preparation of sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to system enhancements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior administrative or sales support role, preferably within real estate development.
Proven experience in team leadership and coordination.
Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes and documentation requirements.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
